Charges
Prices are in US dollars. Charges are made by CCBill and show on your card statement as “BITCHBUILDER”. If you see a charge you don’t recognize, email ronald@aibaker.io and we’ll look it up.
Common requests
- Cancel Premium on CCBill’s support site, which your account links to, or email ronald@aibaker.io. Cancelling stops future charges.
- Refunds follow our Coins, Billing & Refunds terms.
- Locked out? Reset your password from the sign-in page, or email ronald@aibaker.io.
- Delete your account by emailing ronald@aibaker.io from the address you sign in with.
- Report content with our report form, or ask for an image to be removed on our Complaints & Content Removal page.

We reply within 5 business days. Image-removal requests are handled within 48 hours.
